Welcome to Uncorked (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).     • Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send you non-promotional emails about your account or important updates to our Services.

  4. Do Not Track

    • “Do Not Track” is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. Currently, we do not alter our practices when we receive a “Do Not Track” signal from a visitor’s browser.

7. Security Measures

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for users of legal drinking age in their respective jurisdictions. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from individuals under the legal drinking age, and if we learn that we have inadvertently done so, we will delete such data as soon as possible.

In some cases, serious violations may lead to permanent account termination and/or notification of the appropriate legal authorities.

  6. Agreement to EULA/Terms
    By tapping the “I Agree” button or checkbox (and/or by continuing to use the Platform after an update to these Terms), you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including this zero-tolerance policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and provide additional notice if the changes are significant. Your continued use of the Services after any modification indicates your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
